Be part of the fastest growing multi-agency training and equipment show in So-Cal. Our goal is to put you as a vendor and sponsor directly in front of the decision makers for the agencies and those who need your business. 

By partnering with us, you can choose to participate in the MCI scenario, supplying equipment to officers to use during a large-scale event. You can also select to present to a small breakout group later on in the event to more advanced users.

We provide opportunities for you to engage with potential customers and current customers. Choose to sponsor events such as meals, networking night on one of the nights or any other numbers of occasions. We want to put you in front of potential and current customers and are open to varying levels of sponsorship.

Vendors who join this year will be charged the same fee across the board to streamline the process. By locking in your participation this year, you will guarantee the same vendor price for next year regardless of price changes/additional fees.

Set-up will occurr on Monday, August 18th, the day before the event. Participation will guarantee one table and attendance for two employees. Inquire for additional tables or employee attendance.

Vendors  will be given the opportunity to present a break-out class to the attendees. These break-out classes will consist of a smaller number of attendees and allow you to get more personal connections. 

Vendors will be given stage time to present to the entire audience of attendees. This will be your time to shine and showcase how your equipment can revolutionize an MCI investigation and streamline an investigator's workflow.

As we get closer to the event, we will hold virtual meetings with all vendors to discuss the scenarios and plan how to fit your technology into the hands of the attendees. The scenarios will be designed with your product in mind to highlight the specific strengths and to allow you personal oversight of the implementation of your product during the scenario.

A night of laughs, good food and drinks. This is a great opportunity to engage with attendees in a social event, away from work and to build those relationships. The event can be setup at the hotel or at any of the amazing restaurants and eateries on Universal City Walk.

Every cop knows, the secret to keeping them happy is by feeding them. Host a lunch for the attendees catered on site, at the hotel or at any of the restaurants at Universal City Walk. Ensure that attendees know you care and are there for them by showcasing your company during the lunch.
